These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", "couple") and WedWiz ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of wedwiz.app.
By accessing or using WedWiz — including the builder, your published wedding page, or making a payment — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use WedWiz.
WedWiz is a wedding page builder that allows couples to create a personalised wedding website hosted at a custom subdomain (e.g. jake-and-emma.wedwiz.app). The service includes:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes where possible.
WedWiz is offered on a one-time payment basis.

All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. WedWiz does not store or have access to your payment card details.
Prices displayed on the WedWiz website or checkout page are current at the time of purchase and may change at any time without prior notice. Any pricing changes will apply only to future purchases and will not affect payments already completed.
Prices may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location. Any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout where required by law.
There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no automatic renewal.
We offer a 14-day refund from the date of purchase, provided your wedding page has not yet been published live (i.e. "Publish Live" has not been successfully completed).
Once your page has been published and the watermark removed, the service has been delivered and we are unable to offer a refund. This refund policy is in addition to any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
To request a refund, email hello@wedwiz.app within 14 days of purchase with your order ID. We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days.
Your wedding page will remain publicly accessible for 1 year from your nominated wedding date as entered in the builder.
You may renew your hosting for $5 to keep your page live. Renewal extends your hosting period and maintains your subdomain.
If you do not renew, your page will no longer be publicly accessible after the 1-year period. Your content (photos and text) will be deleted from our servers within 30 days of expiry.
We are not responsible for any loss of content after the hosting period ends. We recommend saving any content you wish to keep before your page expires.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload or create using WedWiz, including photos and text.
By uploading content to WedWiz, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display, and serve that content solely for the purpose of operating your wedding page. We do not use your content for any other purpose.
You warrant that:
You are solely responsible for the content of your wedding page. We are not responsible for any claims arising from content you publish.
You agree to use WedWiz only for its intended purpose: creating a personal wedding page for a genuine wedding or celebration event.
You must not use WedWiz to:
We reserve the right to remove any page or content that violates these Terms without notice or refund.
The WedWiz service, including its design, code, branding, and all content created by us (excluding your personal content), is owned by WedWiz and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the WedWiz service without our prior written consent.
Your published wedding page is generated from our builder and templates. You are free to share and link to your page, but you may not extract or repurpose the underlying code or design for other projects.
WedWiz is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and cannot be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WedWiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of content, or loss of business, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under Australian Consumer Law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to WedWiz at any time if you breach these Terms. In the event of termination for breach, no refund will be provided.
You may request deletion of your wedding page at any time by emailing hello@wedwiz.app. We aim to action deletion within 14 days where reasonably practicable. No refund is available for early termination at your request after the page has been published.
Upon termination or expiry, your page and associated content will be removed from our servers within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria for any disputes arising under these Terms.
If you are located outside Australia, local laws may also apply. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes that affect your rights, we will notify you via email where possible.
Your continued use of WedWiz after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
